To totality of the edits are here [2]
- Using links to the UCSF insidenet in refs.
- Refs not consistently formatted per WP:MEDHOW
- Not following WP:MEDMOS in that is using terms like "patient" rather than person
- Oldish primary research used such as "An epidemiologic study of headache among children and adolescents of southern Brazil" to support "By the time children are 18 years old, over 90% report having a headache."
Totality of edits here [3]
- Formatted refs well
- A 2003 ref does not really support "The current ILCOR and American Heart Association guidelines support the use of cooling following resuscitation from cardiac arrest" as the most recent ILCOR guidelines are from 2010.
Totality of edits [4]
- Refs not formatted per WP:MEDHOW
- Some bare urls used
- Lots of caps in a heading
Edits [5]
- Refs formatted well but page numbers needed
- A lot of grammar fixes which are appreciated
- Used a recent review article from the Lancet. Well done.
- Language made more complicated in some spots
- Good overall
- Had a bite of a rocky start. Had issues with formatting
- In this edit [6] a 2006 Cochrane and other 2009 systematic review were removed being replaced with a textbook.
- Page numbers were not provided for the textbook in question.
- Added a good overview of the different types of dementia
- Some of the source while okay or not ideal such as [7] and [8]
- Not sure why this 2010 meta-analysis was removed in this edit [9] Emerging Risk Factors Collaboration (2010). "Diabetes mellitus, fasting blood glucose concentration, and risk of vascular disease: A collaborative meta-analysis of 102 prospective studies". The Lancet. 375 (9733): 2215–22. doi:10.1016/S0140-6736(10)60484-9. PMC 2904878. PMID 20609967.
- Some refs initially poorly formatted but than fixed :-)
Fall 2013
This is an analysis of the UCSF 4th year medical student course [10] which ran from Nov 18th 2013 to Dec 12th/14th 2013. It involved 5 students.

Per [17]
- A number of grammar improvements
- Text added had issues with capitalization within the headings
- A single new source added ( a 2002 textbook )
- url available and free but not added
- A little US centric
- Some close paraphrasing:
"They are more likely to refuse recommended services, adhere poorly to treatment regimens, and delay seeking care" [18] while ref says "minority patients are more likely to refuse recommended services, adhere poorly to treatment regimens, and delay seeking care" "healthcare disparities from the provider's side: bias (or prejudice) against racial and ethnic minorities; greater clinical uncertainty when interacting with minority patients; and beliefs held by the provider about the behavior or health of minorities." while ref says "healthcare disparities from the provider's side of the exchange: bias (or prejudice) against ... minorities; greater clinical uncertainty when interacting with minority patients; and beliefs (or stereotypes) help by the provider about the behavior or health of minorities
Per [19]:
- Many of the refs are good such as recent textbooks
- Some of the books require chapter numbers / page numbers
- Some WP:MEDMOS issues. For example we say people rather than patient [20]
- Some of the refs used are a little old such as this 1993 one. Should try for the last 3-5 years.[21]
- We do not need to preface statements with " A metaanalysis found" [22] These sorts of statements also need to be put into general terms "Bonacini cirrhosis discriminant score greater than 7"
Overall though an improvement but the article still needs work.
- A number of good, recent review articles used [23]
- Issues around language. Should be using person rather than patient.[24]
- Refs properly formatted
Per [25]
- Page numbers are missing for the books used
Per [26]
- Changed lists to prose. Much appreciated.
- Added ref [27] A review but a little old.
- Textbooks missing page numbers [28]
- By and large edits are a significant improvement. Refs are well formatted. Content is paraphrased and appropriately linked [29]
Feedback between students
Decent feedback give [30] by one student. An offer for review was given here [31] but do not see it done. Others did not provide review that I can see.
