I would like to disclose a COI with regards to an article I created (title: "Edward M Fram"). This has also been noted on the article's talk page, where the following statement appears;

I have a relatively close relationship with the subject matter, being Edward M Fram's grandson. However, I was born some 30 years after his death and therefore did not know him personally. I have not referred to myself in any way in the article for self-promotion etc. Nonetheless, I have been advised by more experienced users to declare an interest here, consistent with Wikipedia's spirit of integrity, honesty and transparency.

This user has publicly declared that they have a conflict of interest regarding the Wikipedia article Ed Fram.
