Danny Ryan Burton (November 1st 1987) is a British born boxer from the North-East of England. He has previously held title's such as the Under 25's Everlast Championship, and the Light Heavyweight Inter-Continental Championship - among others. He first began non-competitive boxing when he was a Royal Marine Commando (2003-2006 ~ Early leave due to a car accident and the death of his father), it was whilst serving for the country that Burton took an interest in the sport he has now grown to love. Once he returned from the Marines, he began his search for a trainer to help him realise his potential.

Since then he has gone on to have an extremely successful Amatuer and Professional career, spanning over 4 years. And although he is only a part-time boxer (Danny also owns his own Building, Joinery and Plumbing business) he has had a massive effect on the world of boxing, and only continues to grow in both stamina and strength.

Burton was born and raised in a town called Grimsby, by his mother - Joanna (deceased 2009), and father Jonathan (deceased 2005). Danny has five younger sisters, whom he cares and provides for to this day - Natasha (20yo), Ashlee (19yo), Danielle (17yo), Hollie (14yo), Kady (9yo). Danny "Big Guns" Burton, as he is known to fellow fighters, has also taken interest in other sports throughout his childhood years ~ Rugby being the main, which he played for school and county.

Danny's interests are that of a normal 22 year old man - drinking, women and cars. His most prized possession is his Ford Focus RS (see right)
