Hi.
I joined wikipedia in May 2014 in order to contribute by valuable facts and articles on India and the world still not panoptic on internet. I also fix anything unclear or illegible that I come across. I have Bachelors in Computer Science and Masters in Sociology and I cherish it as a sweet blend of technology with social structure.
Being an experienced in computer science and development esp java and javaScript(js), I am also learning to make the wiki more friendly and interactive by voluntarily working on proposing friendly scripts and code that can help the community.
A Short real story
I remember the day I got a call for an interview to grab an eminent job far back in time, I was out of station and had no resources like books or pdfs to brush up the technical topics of engineering that had got obscure somewhere inside my mind. I was a bit surprised when I found that all those algorithms on wiki were same as my books had. I got the job after the interview next day. Wikipedia made my day. I would always like to requite more in my capacity by voluntarily contributing to this great platform.
