Galdaran is a original name created by J. R. R. Tolkien for a male character that would make the role of Galadriel in Lord of the Rings. I found it reading about The History of Middle-Earth, a compilation of all pre- LotR ideas and manuscripts.

I'm a brazilian guy undergraduated at Astronomy by the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. I work on the Asteroid field, studying its physical proprieties and its implications for the origins of the Solar System.

I also have some knowledge at the historical characters involved at the King Arthur legends, my background consist of some papers and books about it in the historical and archaeological fields. The history and culture of Continental and Insular Celts during the Pre- and Sub-Roman are also in my field of interest, not being part of my major knowledge.

Just for fun, I like aircraft of the Pre- WWII and WWII period, Frank Herbert's Dune, The Dark Tower (series), RPG, martial arts and computational programming (WOW, lots of different things!).
