Phoenixes are fictional characters in the WB television series Charmed. .

As they are assassins they are inherently evil and as such possess evil/demonic powers such as Energy balls and Shimmering, they also own family Grimoires instead of Books of Shadows. But unlike Demons and Warlocks they do infact feel when they kill which Bianca's Mother lied to her and told her she doesn't. The Charmed One's Book of Shadows entry about Phoenixes states:
The Phoenix are a family of assassin witches who are elite, very powerful and who are born with a distinctive birthmark of the Phoenix, symbolizing their rise from Salem's ashes. They have no allegiance other than to seek their vengeance and they will seek out and kill any bounty they're hired to bring down.

They are probably paid in Monetary Currency rather that in Powers like Demonic transactions, we can see this from the lavishness of their Home.

It is assumed that all Phoenixes have the same powers. Their main attack powers are Energy balls, also they use thei Conjured Daggers at close range. Also they have a unique ability to strip powers of their Marks or immobilize them for a short amount of time if they are too powerful to strip their powers. They are also are highly trained in hand to hand combat.

Their skill with daggers even allows them to stop airborne potions thrown at them by throwing a dagger at the vial to smash it before it reaches them.

Another very powerful and useful power that they possess is the ability to reform themselves after their body has been destroyed (although this does exclude stabbings and impalements).
