Introduction

Peter Howe (郝碧波, Bibo Hao, b.1990) joined IBM Research China (or CRL, China Research Lab) as a Research Scientist at July 2015. As a member of Cognitive Computing Division, his research interests include data mining, machine learning, natural language processing and their applications.

Before he joined IBM Research, he obtained his Master of Engineering's degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) at July 2015, where he was a member of Computational CyberPsychology Lab (CCPL), studying the field of Cyber-Psychology. Formely, he was an undergraduate student of Donghua University from 2008 to 2012,at the School of Computer Science and Technology, studying the major of Software Engineering and the minor of Finance.
