HM or associated to Harry Mazlan is actually his fathers initial Mazlan Hamid backward. Harry Mazlan is an alias used by political writer from UMNO Subang Youth Association his real name is Dzulhawari Dato Haji Mazlan and he joined the association actively since 2018.

After being voted elected into the youth high commitee whom organise UMNO youths activities under Subang part in Selangor. Upon serving The UMNO Subang Youth Association hé then appointed by the Youth Chief as the Chairman of Media & Digital Secretariat for the Subang Youth 2018-2021.

Without any funding from the UMNO state from central.UMNO Subang youth need to Care for on their own. The funding was not distributed because UMNO fund has been frozen by the Government due to some of its top members is under legal matters .

By using the Secretariat and combining with another Secretariat Harry Mazlan then developed and rebrand the UMNO Subang Youth by in social media by creating the first DIY digital media content and creating followers for the Youth Association.

Their first stage to expose and position the Subang youth association is in the biggest protest in the country history book The 812 ICERD RAlly. Subang youth made it to the protest with 100 youths from Subang.

Harry Mazlan created KAKITERJAH, SINISUBANG and some special content since 2018 for the association making them well known and fighting the tyranny of the new Government. By effectively developing Subang digital media content Harry Mazlan then appointed as the Assistant Secretary for Selangor Media and Digital Secretariat (DIGITIZE).

Harry Mazlan still write in the UMNO Subang Youth Facebook and UMNO Subang.com. Actively producing media content and managing events for UMNO Subang Youth Association ,Married with three kids and residing in Subang Jaya.
