Jeffrey Wayne Garnett' was born in June 28th, 1983 in Salina Kansas. At age 12 he was influenced by music and different forms of musicology. He would spend hours looking at manuscripts from Mozart to Bethoven to find a clear analysys of how they wrote the instrumental music. From then on he would spend most of his time on the piano he was given on christmas writing notes while hiting the keys. At age 14 He composed his first instrumental music called Battle of Juda in 1999. This song was later performed by the Salina Central full Orchestra in (2002). There were other songs he composed ealier in his life for example Audo'phrose (2000), El de Amercio (1999), The Rite of Concord Strings (2001), and arrangement of Praise His Holy Name (2001)....

In later years... : Jeffrey Wayne Garnett started working on one of the longest on-going compositional works after he graduated from Salina Central. The robust symphony which is today still being futher broadend is called Beyond Oddysseys - Invostia Olympic Adventure which has over 23 symphonies/concert band music written for it. One of the most sucessful of these symphonies was the No. 6 Symphony that was written for full orchestra in 2003. In Invostia the main theme of which contributed to what it is today was Symphony No. 7 that was played by the Wichita State Concert band in the fall of 2003 as a notion of performance.
