Jason Chuck Men Yam (born October 9th, 1980) is a Chinese-Canadian professional basketball player, DJ and, entrepreneur.

Jason grew up in Toronto and began his formal basketball training for his high school team at Jarvis Collegiate Institute (JCI). After two years at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTS), he relocated to Hong Kong to pursue playing professional basketball in 2001. In the same year, Jason was invited to join the Wingling Basketball Club (WBC) which he played for from 2001 - 2005 and 2007 - 2008. The team won the Hong Kong Division 1 championship in his rookie season and once again when he returned to the team in 2007. He is the first Chinese-Canadian player to play professional basketball in Hong Kong. In 2001, he received a basketball scholarship to the Hong Kong University and would earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in the discipline of Sports Science. In 2002, Jason earned the honor of joining the Hong Kong National team.

In 2002, he began his professional DJ career in Hong Kong under the alias "DJ Jay Weezy." His first significant residency was at Club ING. As a DJ and organizer, he became an influential figure in developing Hong Kong's hip-hop nightlife scene by popularizing venues Cryptic, PAA, DIP, Edge, Red Rock. He has performed alongside Mobb Deep, DJ Whoo Kid (G-Unit), Akon, DJ Kool, DJ Baby Yu, 45 King, Far East Movement. In 2003, he is credited with first introducing MC Jin to Hong Kong and organized the show "The Pioneers" co-headling DJ Tommy, the first Chinese DJ to play in the Technics-DMC DJ competition. In 2004, he made history by collaborating on Hong Kong's first celebrity mixtape with DJ Whoo Kid. DJ Whoo Kid was the most prominent hip-hop mixtape DJ in the world and resident DJ for 50 Cent. Jason mentored DJ Dim Sum which he became a significant figure in Hong Kong's nightlife scene. He has toured in Shanghai, Beijing, Taiwan, Manila, Singapore and, Toronto.

In 2008, he earned a post-graduate teaching diploma in Physical Education and taught at the Hong Kong International School. In 2011, Jason founded The Hong Kong Basketball Academy (HKBA), the first high-level basketball academy in Hong Kong. Under his direction, HKBA has become a leading figure in grassroot basketball development in Hong Kong. In 2014 at the Hong Kong screening of the documentary "Doin' It In The Park," Jason was named one of Hong Kong's street basketball legends.
