Hi, dear All, I am Jayanta Nath, from Kolkata (Calcutta),India . I have been a Wikipedian since 2008 and contribute to the English Wikipedia. And active contributor and Administrator in Bengali Wikipedia and Bengali Wikibooks.

• I have been actively involved in Wikipedia activities based out of Kolkata. Have been active in running Kolkata meetups every month for wikipedians along with a core team of wikipedians.

• My interest is in organising Wikipedian efforts and in outreach. There is a whole lot of outreach work to be done for Indian language wikipedias.

• In other hand I am co-activist of Foss movement in West Bengal through Free Software Foundation and Free Software Foundation of India and West Bengal Free Software Mancha. Personally I used Ubuntu in my system and always use FOSS .

Just FYI, to nominate an article for DYK you must make your nomination at Template talk:Did you know (T:TDYK for short); you edited Template:DYKsug/doc, which is a page of instructions. You can nominate your article by going to T:TDYK, moving down to the subsection for the appropriate date, and editing it to add the following text:

This is a script for closing a discussion easily. You can see a "Close" link at the right hand side of the section headings.

• Activates only on pages that contain an "Add section" tab.
• Provides different closing templates.
• Available for discussions under both level 2, 3 and 4 headings
• Does not automatically sign the comment.
• Automatically remove any RfC or DoNotArchiveUntil templates only if "RfC" option is chosen
• Automatically remove any Requested Move templates only if "Requested move" option in chosen

Importation

This script can be imported to skin.js or common.js by adding:
