A Hypnosis induction is simply a method to relax or calm a persons critical thinking to the point that their mind is more neutral and non judgmental. Once the hypnosis state is achieved the individual more easily accepts ideas or suggestions that are motivating and beneficial to themselves for positive change without their “stuff” getting in the way.
