The Phoenix Project

The Phoenix Project is a non profit founded in 2009. It's nonpartisan mission is to disseminate timely, educational and useful information and support online. To perform high-quality, compassionate and comprehensive charitable service that is consistently available, accessible, and responsive the needs of individuals, families, and groups seeking assistance. To work with the community to contribute, facilitate, and promote solutions for the enrichment of all; Through public awareness, collaboration with community members-local agencies, municipal, state and The Federal government. The founder Jeffrey M Cook is am a former member of the 2/20th Special Forces Group from 1987-1992. During that period he engaged in various deployments & operations. After The Veterans Administration officially diagnosed Mr. cook M.Div. with Gulf War Syndrome, PTSD & several other ailments he founded TPP after several years in the private buisiness sector.

The Phoenix project assists Veterans, The Homeless, individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues. TPP began a microcredit division of the non profit in 2010 http://www.kiva.org/team/the_phoenix_project.
