Jonathan Eric Sim (born June 7, 2003) is an American magician, film critic, actor, writer, and video editor.
Early life
Sim was born and raised in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan, New York to Taiwanese and Malaysian immigrants. He attended P.S. 111 Adolph S. Ochs at the age of four and attended P.S. 212 Midtown West from kindergarten to fifth grade. He discovered an interest in magic when he was eight years old, and started to practice by watching and learning from magicians such as David Blaine and Jay Sankey, and watched card trick tutorial videos on YouTube. He attended the New York City Lab School for Collaborative Studies for middle school, and later went to Brooklyn Technical High School.
