Joyce Davis (born January 18) is an American Pentecostal radio evangelist, author, actress and businesswoman and gospel singer.

Early life

Joyce Davis is one of ten children from the marriage of Reverend Leon Davis and Alice Davis. She grew up in Lettsworth and received a starring role in the Good Faith Baptist Church’s annual play, The Devil Beating His Wife. Joyce Davis attended Upper Pointe Coupee Batchelor Hi School in Batchelor, Louisiana. Dr. Davis was raised as an attendee at the Good Faith Baptist Church in Lettsworth, a Baptist church.


Personal life

Before graduating from high school, her God given leadership abilities began to shine forth when she began teaching Sunday school in the youth department in her family’s church and became a speaker and guest speaker in local churches and a musician at revivals and annual Christian programs.


In 1989, Dr. Davis taught a class of youths on the subject of obedience, commitment and character at the Miracle Deliverance Holiness Church in Innis, Louisiana, attended by a class of 17 youths and children. While teaching the youth of the area, the Joshua Life Academy youth ministry was organized. The Joshua Life Academy youth ministry has been in existence for 22 years.


Dr. Davis has received many accolades beginning from junior high school to the present. Her greatest achievement was when she stepped into what is now her position of a full time minister in 2002, at which time she began attracting the attention of some of the most well respected national leaders in the faith, of royalty and of world leaders from across the world. And this accomplishment was acquired in less than 3 years. In 2009 she released the excerpt from her Reclaiming My Spiritual Inheritance book and e-book series about the spiritual journey of an ordinary child to an extraordinary life living in the natural as well in the supernatural that has touched over 200 million people worldwide. She began airing regularly on her radio talk shows, A New Dawn and the Prophetic Voice as an anointed prophetess and talk show host.


Marriage Dr. Joyce Davis is not married at this time, however, she is in a relationship as she joyfully works in the service of the Lord.
