About LearnedRobb
|
I'm LearnedRobb, a.k.a. Robb Hitchen.
I'm based in Manchester, England, and have a special area of interest in ice hockey, specifically the game as it is played and organised in the United Kingdom.
I also intend to contribute to the Greater Manchester and Metal WikiProjects.
I am an alumus of Staffordshire University, having graduated in 2001 with a BA(hons) in Film, Television, and Radio Studies.
The majority of my spare time is given over to the sport of Ice Hockey, and its existance within the UK.
In 2002 I was a founding member of FOMIH, the Friends Of Manchester Ice Hockey.
In 2005, I was co-founder, and chair of the now defunct Ice Hockey Supporters Association, UK.
I currently run 2 main ice hockey blogs: The Pyre which is a Manchester Phoenix blog, and IceFans, a more general blog, which occupies the former home of the IHSAUK website.
