Lights Out Loud, formerly Clear Static is made up of 4 members; Guitarist/keyboards Devon Culiner, Lead Vocals Thomas Pederson, Bassist Rich Pederson and Drummer Lenny Nimms.

HISTORY Lights Out Loud formed early January 2008, two years after Lead vocalist/producer of Clear Static Tommy Pederson and Devon Culiner AKA "DLUX" met. Originally, Devon played in Ant and After, a band produced/organized by Tommy P. Eventually Devon left and started new band "Lights Out Loud" Tom was already on board. After a few days of member surfing, they brought in Richard Pederson Brother/bassist Lights Out Loud formerly Clear Static. A month later Devon's old friend Lenny from the musicians institute jumped on the band wagon.
