Mobilizedarc Former airfreight smuggler, The Flying Boi, and the leader of The Tasty Bois. Arc often wears a fox mask concealing his face. When the government caught him stealing planes and materials he was put on the FBI's most wanted list. To get the government off his back, he came up with a plan to make a group of powerful men to do good deeds.

Mobilizedarc lived in LS most of his life stealing precious cargo and selling it to unknown buyers. He was in the air force for a little bit until he got cork marshaled for stealing a jet for himself, but while he was in the Air Force he made a friend who was a engineer named Charlie after a while he was also cork marshaled for "accidentally" sabotaging a jet causing it to crash with the pilot still inside. After the excessive cork marshaling Charlie looked towards Ron Jakowski for work, and where is our hero stealing cargo and selling it for money. Ron contacts Arc to make a business partnership Charlie and Arc are reunited and their business is successful
