This is my philosophy on Wikipedia itself, and what I personally wish for the project.

What a Wikipedian should be

I personally think a Wikipedian should be someone willing to assist others, someone who understands and can accept when they make a mistake. Someone honest, trustworthy and someone friendly and engaging.

What a Wikipedian SHOULD NOT be.

A wikipedian should not be someone who only thinks about themselves, someone who just wants to see their own name on a page. A wikipedian should not be someone with little to no care for the project itself.
