I am a computational protein design researcher and currently a post-doctoral candidate at the Harvard Medical School. I did my Ph.D in Chemical Engineering with a minor in computational sciences from The Pennsylvania State University. My thesis work was about developing several protein design softwares with applications spanning water purification using PoreDesigner[1] for precise angstrom scale tuning of pore sizes of channel proteins, de novo design of antibody variable domains against a target antigen epitope (OptMAVEn-2.0), and redesign of enzymes for altered substrate/ cofactor specificity.

Besides, I make cartoons about grad life on r/GradLifeWoes on reddit.

If you are reading this now, copy this link and message me on reddit and I will make a cool cryptic-poem-word-puzzle for you (if you wish) or I would send you a hand drawn cartoon of anything you wish.

This is basically my idea of initiating pen-pal relationships, mainly cause I have not had any but read loads about them :)
