'Kings' are the most advanced users in the AT world, each possessing a unique 'Regalia' as their proof of their status. Regalias are special ATs specifically engineered to work in conjunction with the King's 'road'. Though there are many roads in the Air Gear world, only the eight riders whose roads are dependent on air can be considered Kings (despite this there are currently eleven recognized "Kings" in the manga). As such all regalia utilize a force known as the "Infinity Atmosphere", allowing the King to utilize some part of the air to create a powerful attack. Although some people can be recognized with having the power of a King, a person is not officially recognized without a Regalia. Some roads which do not have Kings are the Apollo Road of Aeon Clock and Spitfire, and the Smell Road of Onigiri, if that can be called a road, at least.

Wing Road (翼の道, Road of Wings)

Considered the 'purest' Road a Storm Rider can ride. To produce this 'Road', a Rider must be able to "Grasp the Wind" -- a skill which employs the principles of the vacuum phenomenon to cause suction between the atmospheric boundary and the palms of their hands. By "Grasping the Wind", the Rider can catapult themselves off the air's "surface" and sail on the atmospheric pressures (wind). From there, they would use the inertia to glide along surface layers while maintaining lift using the 'grasping' method.

Flame Road (炎の道, Road of Flames)

The Road of Flames exploits heat and friction generated by ATs across surface terrain. Combined with the essential element of speed and maneuverability, and the fluctuation of atmospheric temperatures would 'ignite' the surface, producing the illusion of fire. Though not actual flame, the tremendous frictional heat of the Flame Road is enough to scorch flesh and can even rapidly raise the body's temperature to boiling.

Bloody Road (血痕の道, Road of Blood)

The Bloody Road is, by far, the most savage of 'Roads'. This road emphasizes an 'acceleration-brake' principle, characterized by repeated instantaneous acceleration and braking of the AT's wheel motors. The "0-100-0" (zero - Max - zero), said to be demanding the core of the movement is to soften the strong broad-thigh muscles. The Bloody Road Keeper, Agito, use this technique to ensure that marks of this 'Road' thoroughly accumulates on his victims. Fang's privy seal this "kind of snapped" in the energy generated by braking energy to the system by re-releasing "fangs" as possible to hammer out things,咢亜紀people and the cooperation and commitment to出SHI切RI privy seal even without "fangs" to hammer out the successful.

Sonia Road (荊棘の道, Road of Sonia Roses)

Once described as the opposite of the Bloody Road, riders maneuver with their hips rather than their knees. Provides greater strength, maneuverability, and speed at the price of, at times, severe physical pain. Some practitioners are known to cushion their joints with nitrogen bubbles.
