Bibingka-bibingka is a type of a baked rice cake in the Philippines filipinos loves to eat rice.We have it in most of our meals. The ingredients in making a bibingka are rice flour, glutinous rice, baking powder, eggs, duck eggs, salt, coconut milk, chess, grated coconut(optional)
Steps in making bibingka
1.heat up the oven.
2.whisk the rice flour, baking powder salt and sugar. Together .
3.make a hole that does not completely go throughin the center.
4.pour melted butter,coconut milk and eggs.
5.whisk it properly untill it becomes smooth
6.bake it for 15 min and put salted eggs and cheese
7.put it back into the oven until it is golden brown
8.add coconut if desire
9.put it in a banana leaf
