Who is Scorchion?

Scorchion is an colorful character on various forums across the internet. He currently resides in the United States Midwest[1]. An avid technology user, his username has popped up on Minecraft.net, Call of Duty: Black Ops PS3 and Zombie forums, Call of Duty Wikia, PlayStationNetwork®, and some minor Internet websites. He currently spends most of his time on the Internet reviewing YouTube videos

Name

The name Scorchion (pronounced skôrch-ee-on) is derived from the word scorpion and the verb scorch, as in to slightly burn. Originally Scorching Scorpion, it was later shortened to accommodate various character limits of different social and gaming sites' usernames. It was first spotted in the online multi player game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 as a username for one of the players.

Symbolism

As stated above, the name was originally Scorching Scorpion. This name was chosen to display the fiery sting of a scorpion, and how it represented the intensity of Scorchion's actions. This name now comes up in various Internet forums, due to Scorchion's wide array of favorite topics to discuss
