Hi there. If you landed on this page, I probably declined to delete a page you have tagged for speedy deletion. Don't worry, it happens.
The speedy deletion policy is one of the most complex and necessarily strict policies on Wikipedia because it allows admins to remove pages from the public view without establishing consensus first. As such, mistakes when tagging articles for deletion are common but luckily they can easily be avoided once one is more familiar with the process. This page serves to point users inexperienced in this particular area to helpful essays containing speedy deletion advice (hence the name of this page
).
