1. Pole Cells - This article should definitely further discuss the formation of pole cells, their role, and what happens if mutations occur in such cells. More information on pole cell formation can be found at http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/009286748990130X, and this would be an excellent starting point for improving the article. 2. Wolffian tubules - This article could use some more information on the use of Wolffian tubules, the process of their hollowing out, as well as more diagrams than are posted on the page already.
