Author and occasional Wikipedia editor.

My main motivations :

  • creating content when I feel there's a big gap in stupid topics I happen to be interested in (mostly around 2004-2005, when I initiated, for instance, a few pages about Korean or US soccer leagues)
  • cosmetic changes to fix glitches, update data, add missing links, remove obvious pranks...

I embraced Wikipedia as the most natural online service for who enjoys reading Borges (yeah, I also initiated the Tlön pages here). It is as flawed as we all humans are, but that's the beauty of it.

I sometimes over reacted after reading obviously biased articles, with editions that at times ended up including my own biases and opinions (particularly regarding revisionism in Far East Asia). Now I try to keep my distances, preserving Wikipedia's (utopic) neutrality. Furthermore, I've got enough trouble maintaining my own biased sites and blogs.
