Stephanie Ann Elizabeth O'Donnell was born in Fussa, Japan, in 1987. After her parents divorced, she moved with her mother, Patrice, to the United States. They lived with Stephanie's paternal grandparents in a house in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Stephanie frequented the local tap and ballet school until age 4, when her teacher stole the money and ran off to California.

Stephanie and Patrice moved out, first to St. Paul, and finally in Roseville, where she still lives today.

After attending private schools for eight and a half years of her life, Stephanie moved on to Roseville Area High School where she realized her passion for music, writing, and reading. She also met Rebecca Lang and Marcus Michalik there, and they've been friends ever since.

She is most famous for her recent collaborated creation of "Knowledge is Power: The Draft and You", a curriculum complete with a PowerPoint Presentation which Stephanie put together with her friend, Christine Elizabeth Ann Wimmer, for their Girl Scout Gold Award project.

Stephanie is an aspiring English teacher, with an interest in linguistics and philosophy, and is planning on attending the College of Liberal Arts in the twin cities at the University of Minnesota in the fall.

Stephaniesays is a name which Stephanie borrowed from the band, The Velvet Underground.
