I am a freshman at Williams College, and I am enrolled in a Winter Study course called BIOL 15 Epidemiology and Public Health. In order to fulfill the requirements for this course, I am learning how to create a user page and how to edit a page on Wikipedia.

I have chosen to take BIOL 15 because I am currently on the "pre-medicine track" at Williams and plan on applying to medical school with the goal of becoming a physician. In my first semester, I was enrolled in two science courses, but I did not have the chance to study the social and statistical side of medicine. I decided to take this class in order to broaden my horizons about other career paths related to medicine and to gain experience in statistical analysis related to medicine.

I am currently learning how to play the ukulele; I have learned about four songs so far. I received a ukulele for Christmas and am still in the process of learning about the instrument. My favorite musician is Taylor Swift, and I am interested in learning how to play some of her songs on the ukulele. I have been to one of her concerts, and I am attending her concert this summer. My other interests include playing basketball; I began playing basketball when I was eight, and I am a fan of the Celtics. I am a fan of the TV show, the Office.
