Randy Neal is a string based musician and artist from Sacramento, CA from the same scene as Papa Roach, MC Rut, Die Trying and Johnny Craig (Slaves), in which he was the guitarist for a band named "Silenced" with Bassist: Justin Atkinson, Drummer: Danielle Stiverson, and Vocalist: Thai Twadell.

Today, Randy Neal mainly composes music that is instrumental with words that form within your mind. Randy Neal has worked within multiple bands and projects and has performed multiple roles.

Most currently Randy Neal is creating music by himself with 1 to 2 monthly releases under a project he is calling: The Randy Neal Experience, he is also releasing music with Damien Haycook, but this again has been within the umbrella of: "The Randy Neal Experience" project. Randy Neal 12/2019 to present is a performing member of "Cut it like the kings", a Crescent City, CA, Performing rock band.
