Watch Out For Rockets (WOFR) is an indie rock band from Austin, Texas. Comprised of members originally from Wisconsin and Louisiana, they have released four albums, two full-length albums and two EPs, since 2008. The band's singer, lead guitarist, and main songwriter, David T. Jones, is well-known as the drummer for Austin super group, The Murdocks. WOFR was selected to highlight Austin's Fun Fun Fun Fest kick-off party in 2010.
Name origin
The band's name comes from a lyric in the song "Sneak Attack" off of the Ric Ocasek album, Beautitude.
