Tutter is a blue mouse most well known for the infamous "Bear in the Big Blue House" television show. During this show, a bear would participate in random and occasionally obscene activities with the blue mouse known as Tutters. Tutterclops refers to a stuffed Tutters owned by none other than Sean Choi. During a freak golf club accident, the stuffed Tutters lost both eyes. One Eye was taped to his forehead and he was henceforth referred to as "Tutclops." Essentially, Tutclops is a Tutters with one eye. The name Tutclops is often credited to Alex Choi who thought of the name.
