Born November 12 1983 to a Mr. Sam Carter and Mrs. Martha Carter. Samantha is a woman running for congress (House of Represenatives) in Wisconsin District 4 for the November 2010 general election. She is running against Mrs. Gwendolyn Moore (D) and Mr. Dan Sebring (R). Samantha was raised in the metro milwaukee area. She graduated from Marquette University with her degree in criminology and law studies.She currently attends Concord Law School and raises her set of twins in the greater Milwaukee area while campaigning for congress. She is an approved and endorsed candidate of the Independent American Party. She has written one national bill called the "Healthy Baby Act of 2009" which did not get any sponsorship in the house or senate. She is a United States Army Reserve Veteran where she joined the army in 2000 and was discharged in 2003.
She is a published author of the book "Top 10 tricks of the enemy" which was published as an ebook and hard copy in 2009. She Pasotrs "Faith Ministry Church Inc", which was later renamed to "The church of Milwaukee." She is also the founder of Lambda Beta Gamma Sorority Inc a Christian sorority, which was officially started in 2004. She is the founder of Samantha Carter Ministries Inc which is a ministry that she used to start a christian online internet tv and radio station in 2009. She is also owner of a General Merchandise Retail Store named Breath of Life Shop and Sit Store.
