Bun in the Oven
Bun in the Oven is a commonly used phrase to tell family members and friends that you are pregnant. Normally used by the mom-to-be to surprise the husband.
Origin
Originating in the 20th century in a book by Nicholas Monsarrat called Cruel Sea
