Usage rights for the images I post on wikipedia

Please note that the images which I have added here to Wikipedia are licensed for use under the Gnu Free Documentation License which does give you the right to use the images as long as you adhere to the license terms. In particular: if you want to use the images in your own projects you have to

  • properly attribute me (Wolfgang Wander) as the author.
  • state that the image is licensed under the GFDL and provide the text of this license with your project.
  • license your work that uses the image under the GFDL as well. You cannot use the image if you are not willing to let others use your work freely as well.

If you cannot adhere to the license terms you also cannot use my images without compensation.
