Master Yacobe is the World Tong-Il Moo-Do Federation Representative, President and Head Master for Ethiopia From Nov 2002 until Jan 2008 and also Founded his and Ethiopian first Tong-Il Moo-Do training Center in Addis Ababa capital city of Ethiopia in 2003. Master Yacobe Travel Many Countries to develop his Martial Arts scale, Experience and to participate World Martial Art Tournaments. He also trained by World Renowned Tong-Il Moo-Do Unified Martial Art and other Martial Arts Experts.
