The standard for notability of video characters doesn't have a fixed guideline, but there appears to be some sort of consensus that characters that lack in-depth reception coverage of the character and/or their impact beyond the scope of the game have a pretty poor chance of meeting WP:GNG. Here there's not much, just TheGamer and Game Rant, you can see in WP:VG/S that these kind of sources and their listicle-type coverage aren't really seen as being a particularly strong foundation of a notable subject. There needs, unfortunately, to be evidence of much more coverage.

Reception uses a number of unreliable sources (Such as Youtube) and much of the discussion on Ryan's stereotypes are already covered at List of Punch-Out!! characters. I'm not seeing enough reception to justify an independent split from the list here at present.

Per last time, sources are still not strong enough for a separate article, and all that has been added to reception are two Game Rant sources, which do not confer notability per WP:VALNET. This needs stronger sourcing to meet notability guidelines.

This version is nearly identical to the one previously redirected for failing notability guidelines, with few sources added to improve it. I'm going to need to see some strong, previously unused sourcing to justify its re-inclusion as a separate article.

No significant expansion or changes to Reception I can see since the previous decline. Again, this needs some more significant coverage if it wants to meet notability and trump the prior consensus.

Article was not changed at all since the last version, and per several discussions surrounding it, while it does have a lot of sourcing, the consensus was it wasn't sufficient and relied mostly on trivial mentions, and needs significant work. The AFC nom seems to follow a failed attempted at brute forcing it into the mainspace to boot.

Sources are largely hailing from WP:VALNET or are unreliable in nature. Many are pulling from WP:TRIVIALMENTIONS in weaker end sources as well. At this point in time, this does not meet the bar usually needed for fictional character articles.
