Hi Forrrest,
My name is Whoosit and I'm the editor who placed the PROD the Curtis Loftis article.

As you can see, I nominated the article because I felt the subject was not notable enough to merit inclusion in an encyclopedia. As an editor, the onus is on you to prove your subject's notability. If notability cannot be established, the article is likely to be nominated for deletion again. Please see WP:BIO for guidance.
Also, I notice by your comments on Jclemens page that you may be an associate of Mr. Loftis. If this is the case, I recommend you read WP:AUTOBIO, WP:COI and WP:NPOV. Autobiographical or ghost-written bio entries tend to come under much closer scrutiny than most articles. Wikipedia is not a PR firm. If editors feel the article is not neutral it is likely to be disputed. See WP:NPOVD.
