Who is Doug Payne?

And why is he a reliable source?

Help me!

A user has asked me a question and I see no way to answer on their talk page or mine. The question came as an email with links to their user and talk pages. There I see no way to answer. Thanks ahead. Metaphysics Man (talk) 22:27, 8 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please help me with...

Metaphysics Man (talk) 22:27, 8 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Follow the link to their talk page, click "New section", and reply there. The other option is to "ping" them, which you do by either using {{ping}} or {{u}}, which look like @Primefac: and Primefac, respectively (though they have other parameter options for additional formatting). If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. Primefac (talk) 22:41, 8 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
