Your submission at Articles for creation: Huawei Developer Conference (September 3)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Jamiebuba was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject. Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to ARK Compiler, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 08:55, 4 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Thank you, I made a mistake on the ARK Compiler page of information and I have avoided any angle of corporate promotion TNKopper (talk) 08:57, 4 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

I found and removed text in the article HarmonyOS Developer Day which had been taken from:

The Damicosoft text, in particular, is worrying, since that is an Android page and all you did was replace "Android Developer Day" with "HarmonyOS Developer Day", which means have to have you known this was a copyright violation. Please read WP:COPYVIO and follow WP's copyright rules in the future. --Flopsy Mopsy and Cottonmouth (talk) 08:25, 10 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of HarmonyOS Developer Day

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on HarmonyOS Developer Day requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. I found and removed text in the article Huawei Developer Day which had been taken from https://narengowda.github.io/about/

  • The original text: "It also includes documentations of technologies provided by google, seminars and code labs focused on building of web, mobile, and enterprise applications with Google and open web technologies such as Android, HTML5, Chrome, App Engine, Google Web Toolkit and give participants an excellent chance to learn about Google developer products as well as meet the engineers who work on them."
  • Your text: "They include seminars and code labs focused on building of web, mobile, and enterprise applications with Huawei and open web technologies such as HarmonyOS, OpenHarmony, EulerOS, HTML5, Huawei Browser, Huawei Mobile Services, Huawei Developers Kit and give participants a chance to learn about Huawei developer products as well as meet the engineers who work on them."

It's clear, since you had to change the Android verbiage to HarmonyOS verbiage, that you did this deliberately. Stop this immediately or you can and will be blocked from editing. --Flopsy Mopsy and Cottonmouth (talk) 01:13, 11 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

HarmonyOS Sans moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, HarmonyOS Sans, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Proposed deletion of Huawei Developer Conference

Notice

The article Huawei Developer Conference has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No notability shown. The citations are nearly all Huawei Developer Conference pages, and the couple of citations that aren't from Huawei are pretty clearly rewrites of Huawei PR releases.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. I already told you on the talk page and the edit summary, yet Wiki deleted the page TNKopper (talk) 06:25, 12 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
