@~2026-30032-95 The lede of the Taipai article is Taipei, officially Taipei City, is the capital and a special municipality of Taiwan. so the statement in the article is correct, and per WP:NOTCITE there's no need to cite general common knowledge, with the first example of that being a capital city.
