This image seemingly was a duplicate of File:Adams County Washington Incorporated and Unincorporated areas Ritzville Highlighted.svg, which is a mistake, because the towns aren't even close to each other. If you can download it, please un-highlight Ritzville and instead highlight Washtucna; it's the town (the grey spot) in the southeastern corner of the county. If you can't download it, please download File:Adams County Washington Incorporated and Unincorporated areas Ritzville Highlighted.svg and do the same, and then upload the result here.  Done, maybe. The image you posted is not a duplicate of the Ritzville one, it is the Ritzville one.

I mistyped "Washtucna" as "Washcoma" in the name of the uploaded file. I shall try to get this corrected. Maproom (talk) 09:50, 26 August 2015 (UTC)

I can't upload the file with the correct "Washtucna" name, because such a file already exists (and is unusable, because it contains invalid SVG). And I can't replace the current invalid "Washtucna" file, when I try I get the message "Please modify the file description below and try again", but there is no "description" field to modify. Given your commment of 10:09, it looks like the accidental "Washcoma" upload was the best choice: you got it online, when the correct spelling wouldn't have worked at all :-) I'm a Commons admin, so I deleted the corrupt original Washtucna file and moved Washcoma to Washtucna.
