This is a repository for Wikipedia-related perl scripts.
- Pagestats — this script grabs the page traffic statistic for each Wikipedia page on a list, and adds it to a cumulative total.
- gpy, a wiki-linker and feed IRC bot for Wikimedia channels.
- hdump-head.pl — test script to convert web page metadata to citation templater parameters and PubMed search terms
CPAN
- WWW::Wikipedia::TemplateFiller — Fill Wikipedia templates with your eyes closed
- User:Diberri/Template_filler provides some on wiki documentation.
- The source at CPAN is probably out of date.
- For citation work WWW::Scraper::ISBN (used by TemplateFiller), Business::ISBN and Business::ISSN could be useful, as could a similar Publisher Item Identifier check.
