La pyramide au sommet abrite des équipements mécaniques. Le hall d'entrée est revêtu de marbre blanc, gris et rose. Il a pour pièce maîtresse une fontaine qui a la forme d'une cascade.

L'architecte est l'agence Perkins & Will.
