Anna Lehr, née le à New York aux États-Unis, est une actrice américaine, du cinéma muet[1] et de théâtre, notamment de vaudeville[1]. Elle tourne dans un film du cinéma sonore, Les Conquérants d'un nouveau monde, en 1947, rôle pour lequel elle n'est pas créditée[2].
Ses parents, Frank Lehr et Émilie Freisinger sont d'origine autrichienne. Elle se marie avec l'acteur Edwin McKim (en) puis divorce en 1920. Ils ont une fille, l'actrice américaine Ann Dvorak. Elle meurt, le à Santa Monica, aux États-Unis[1].
