BATTeRS (バッターズ, Battāzu), le Bisei Asteroid Tracking Telescope for Rapid Survey, est un projet japonais destiné à rechercher des astéroïdes.
Présentation
Il est associé au Bisei Spaceguard Center, dont un des membres est Takeshi Urata.
Le projet a découvert de nombreux astéroïdes (445 entre 1996 et 2010 d'après le Centre des planètes mineures[1]). Il a également découvert la comète C/2001 W2 (BATTERS).
