Synopsis
Injustement incriminé dans une sombre affaire de trafic de médicaments, Philippe Cazas, médecin militaire, a dû s'exiler dans un dispensaire en Afrique. Cinq ans plus tard, il revient à Paris sous surveillance militaire pour enterrer son fils décédé d'une overdose.
