Les Cervoidea forment une super-famille de mammifères ruminants.
Elle était censée regrouper le clade Cervidae + Moschidae que proposaient les phylogénies basées sur la morphologie (par ex. Simpson, 1945) ou même les premières études moléculaires (Su et al., 1999). Mais des études plus récentes, basées sur plusieurs marqueurs génétiques (Hassanin et Douzery, 2003), rapprochent les moschidés des bovidés.
