Le Choco Taco était une nouveauté glacée de Good Humor-Breyers ressemblant à un taco. Il se composait d'un disque de gaufre plié pour imiter une coquille de taco, de glace à la vanille allégée, de fudge aromatisé artificiellement, de cacahuètes et d'un enrobage de chocolat au lait[1]. Le Choco Taco était commercialisé sous la marque Klondike sous le nom de “Le Taco À La Crème Glacée Original”[2].

La production du Choco Taco a cessé en 2022[3]. Un produit similaire appelé Tacolate, fourré de crème glacée au piment ancho cannelle, a été lancé en collaboration entre Taco Bell et Salt & Straw en octobre 2025.
