Discussion:Bicycode
time line and organisation
By 1. January 2021 the encoding is obligatory. However, I do not believe that the traders are actually ready for that task. It is claimed that there is a transition period - but I do not find any docu how long this is. From 1. July 2021 used bikes also have to be encoded.
I do not understand the organization structure yet, which is spread via bicycode.org (SAS BICYCODE) and bicycode.eu (Ocode), refering to FNUCI. Who does actually create those codes and who may obtain them? FNUCI does create them. Who are they? Is bicycode.eu the only official organization where to obtain them from and to become a registered operator? --Traut (discuter) 3 février 2021 à 11:02 (CET)
