Flip-chip pin grid array
Un boîtier flip-chip pin grid array, ou FCPGA, est une variante du format PGA, pin grid array, dans lequel la puce est retournée (flip-chip), permettant une meilleure dissipation thermique. Généralement, le boîtier est inséré dans un socket sur la carte mère, permettant un montage et un démontage faciles.
